Terms of service

These terms govern your use of jiavon.com and any purchase or reservation made through it. The store is operated by Innersmyle Labs, Inc., doing business as JIAVON ("JIAVON", "we", "us").

Reservations

A Founder Batch reservation is a $10 refundable deposit that holds a place in JIAVON's first production run and is credited toward the purchase price of the reserved product. It is not a completed purchase of the product. The founder price shown at the time of reservation is the price you will pay when the balance is due. Delivery estimates are estimates; production timelines can change, and we will keep you informed by email. Refunds are governed by our Return and refund policy.

Product information

JIAVON is a cosmetic oral care product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Final formula and ingredient list are subject to manufacturer confirmation. See a dentist for dental care.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Accuracy and changes

We may update the site, prices and these terms at any time. Changes apply to reservations and orders placed after the change.
