A different kind of pouch
Meet Mintal Break: a thoughtfully formulated oral wellness pouch that brings selected wellness ingredients, oral care ingredients and refreshing mint together in one simple daily ritual.
What's inside
Five ingredients, each chosen with intention. Three lead the formula and appear on the lid. Two round it out.
Branded citicoline
A premium, branded form of citicoline, chosen as the focus ingredient in our formula.
Amino acid
An amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, selected for the calm side of our formula.
Enamel mineral
A calcium phosphate mineral closely related to the mineral in tooth enamel. It is also the hero of our toothpaste, and the thread that ties Mintal Break to JIAVON.
Sugar alternative
A familiar sugar alternative that the bacteria behind cavities can't use as food.
Essential mineral
A mineral used in many toothpastes and mouthwashes for fresher breath.
Exact amounts per pouch will appear on the final label.
The oral care side
JIAVON started as an oral care brand, so Mintal Break was designed around your mouth first. Three of its five ingredients are there for your teeth and your breath.
About xylitol
Frequent between meal eating of foods high in sugars and starches promotes tooth decay. The sugar alcohol xylitol in Mintal Break may reduce the risk of tooth decay.
The mineral your enamel is made of
Tooth enamel is made mostly of a mineral called hydroxyapatite. Nano hydroxyapatite is a very fine form of that same mineral. It is the star of fluoride free toothpastes around the world, including JIAVON's, and it is the thread that connects Mintal Break to our toothpaste.
Sweet to you, not to cavity bacteria
Xylitol is a sugar alternative found in small amounts in many fruits and vegetables. The bacteria behind cavities feed on sugar, but they can't use xylitol as food. That is why it is a staple of sugar free gum and mints.
A classic in oral care
Zinc is a mineral you'll find in many toothpastes and mouthwashes. It is used there for fresher breath, because it binds to the sulfur compounds behind mouth odors.

Questions
No. Mintal Break is formulated without nicotine.
No. Mintal Break is formulated without caffeine.
Cognizin is a branded form of citicoline, made by the Japanese company Kyowa Hakko Bio.
Here's the simple version. Your brain is made of billions of tiny cells, and each one is wrapped in a thin outer skin, a little like a grape. Your body uses a nutrient called choline to build that skin, and to make one of the messengers brain cells use to talk to each other. Citicoline is a source of choline that your body also makes on its own.
Cognizin has been studied in people. In one study, teenagers who took 250 or 500 mg a day for 28 days scored better on attention tests than those who took a placebo. In another, healthy adults aged 50 to 85 who took 500 mg a day for 12 weeks scored better on memory tests. Those studies looked at Cognizin on its own, at those amounts. They were not studies of Mintal Break.

Putting it in Mintal Break keeps the pouch true to where JIAVON started: oral care built around the mineral your teeth are made of.
