A dentist's perspective
Reason 1. It started with a question a dentist kept asking.
Over his years in practice, Dr. Jay Khorsandi watched skincare become a considered ritual while toothpaste stayed an afterthought.
So he asked why the product you use every morning and night gets the least thought in the bathroom. JIAVON is his answer: a toothpaste developed by a dentist, with every ingredient chosen with the care you already give your skin.
Nano hydroxyapatite
Reason 2. Brush with the mineral your teeth are made of.
Tooth enamel is made mostly of a calcium mineral called hydroxyapatite. Japanese toothpastes have used it since the 1980s, and the nano form followed.
JIAVON's fluoride free formula is built around nano hydroxyapatite, so the mineral your enamel is made of sits at the center of your daily routine.
From the skincare shelf
Reason 3. Your gums have collagen, too.
Collagen is the main structural protein of your gums. That connection is what sent a dentist to the skincare shelf for three familiar names: a vitamin C derivative, hyaluronic acid and CoQ10.
You know them from serums and moisturizers. JIAVON brings all three into the product you use every morning and every night.
The oral microbiome
Reason 4. Gut care thinking, brought to the mouth.
Your mouth has a microbiome of its own, a community of microbes that lives there every day, and JIAVON was formulated with it in mind. The formula pairs inulin, a plant fiber known in gut care as a prebiotic, with heat treated, nonliving Lactiplantibacillus plantarum HEAL19, a postbiotic.
Why not live probiotics? They are hard to keep alive on a bathroom shelf, so JIAVON uses ingredients that don't need to be.

JIAVON is fluoride free, SLS free and paraben free. Fluoride free is a design choice: the formula is built around nano hydroxyapatite instead. If your dentist has recommended fluoride for you, keep following that advice.
SLS free means no sodium lauryl sulfate, the foaming agent found in many everyday toothpastes.

Reason 6. Made to fit the routine you already keep.
Morning and night, you already spend a few minutes at the sink caring for your skin. JIAVON is designed to fit right into that routine: cleanse, brush for two minutes, then go on to your serum or moisturizer.
